1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of permanentlightingalbuquerque.com, operated by Permanent Lighting Albuquerque. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
2. This website is information, not an offer
Everything on this site is general information about permanent lighting. It is not a quote, a contract, or a binding offer of service. No agreement exists between us until you have received a written estimate and accepted it.
3. The estimate is the document that counts
Where anything on this website differs from your written estimate, your estimate governs. Scope of work, price, payment terms, timescales, product specification and warranty terms are all defined on that document and not here. This applies specifically to product specifications and warranty terms: anything material to your decision is given to you in writing before you commit.
4. Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the property as we found it at the time of measurement. If conditions materially differ once work begins (for example concealed damage to fascia, or an access problem that was not visible) we will stop, tell you, and agree any change with you in writing before continuing. We will not invent additional charges mid-job.
Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. After that, material and labor costs may have changed.
5. Work on your property
Installation involves fixings into fascia or trim, which is a permanent alteration to the building. By accepting an estimate you confirm that you either own the property or have the owner’s permission for that work. If the property is leased, subject to an HOA or architectural committee, or otherwise restricted, obtaining the necessary consent is your responsibility.
6. Photography
We may photograph completed work for our own portfolio. Photographs show the property exterior only and are never captioned with your address or your name. If you would rather we did not, say so at any point and we will not.
7. Website content and accuracy
We take care that what is published here is accurate, but product ranges and practices change. Photographs show real installations; results on your property will differ because your property is different. Nothing here should be treated as a promise of a specific outcome.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, design and code of this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print and share pages. You may not copy the content to republish it commercially.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our obligations in relation to work carried out at your property are set out in your estimate and are not limited by this website.

Where we link to other websites we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and any dispute falls to the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
