Who this covers
This policy covers Permanent Lighting Albuquerque and the website at permanentlightingalbuquerque.com.
What we collect
Information you give us in the quote form. Your name, and whichever of email or phone you choose to provide. What service you are interested in, which area your property is in, and optionally the property type, your timeline and any message you write.
Technical information collected automatically. When you submit the form we record the time, the page you submitted from and your IP address, purely so we can tell real inquiries from automated spam. If analytics is enabled on this site, your visit is also counted by Google Analytics, which uses cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed and roughly where in the world you are.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal information. Please do not put anything like that in the message box.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange an estimate.
- To prepare a quote for your property.
- To keep a record of work we have quoted or carried out.
- To keep spam and automated submissions out of the inbox.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.
Who sees it
The people who run this business, and the technical providers required to deliver the service: our web host, and the email provider that carries the message from the form to our inbox. If analytics is enabled, Google processes usage data under its own terms. Nobody else receives your information unless the law requires us to disclose it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us, and then deleted. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax or legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will action it. There is no charge and we will not make it difficult.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop the quote form working.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Credentials for the mail system are stored outside the public web root and are blocked from being served. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the obvious precautions seriously.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
