There is no call center here and no sales department. The person who comes and measures your roofline is the person who installs it and the person who comes back if something needs looking at.
What this business is
We do one thing: permanent architectural lighting on Albuquerque homes and buildings. Not landscape lighting, not seasonal installs, not a service list with this bolted on at the bottom. Doing only this means we have opinions about mounting lines, we know which Albuquerque roof types are slow, and we have made the mistakes already on somebody else’s schedule rather than yours.
How we work
- Every estimate is measured in person. Nobody quotes your roof off a satellite image and then discovers on install day that it is bigger than it looked.
- The number is the number. No expiring discount, no price that drops a third when you say no, no change orders invented halfway through.
- We will talk you out of things. Lighting a wall nobody sees, or full coverage when the front elevation is all you actually want, gets said out loud at the estimate.
- You leave able to use it. We set your first scenes up on your phone before we pack the ladders, and we do not leave until you have driven it yourself.
- It is warranted. The system carries a 15-year warranty, and the terms are written on your estimate before you agree to anything.
- We stay in one metro. So a service call in three years is a drive across town. Where we cover.
What we will not do
This part matters more than the usual about-page adjectives, so here it is plainly.
We will not invent numbers. There is no fabricated job count on this site, no made-up years-in-business, and no five-star average built from reviews earned somewhere else. When this brand has its own reviews, they will appear here and they will be real ones. Until then this page would rather be short than dishonest.
We will not publish a claim we have not verified. If a number is on this site it is confirmed, and if it is not confirmed it is not on this site. Ask us anything at the estimate and you will get a straight answer rather than a reassurance.
We will not high-pressure you. You get the number, we leave, you think about it. If somebody else quotes a genuinely like-for-like system cheaper, take it. The cost page tells you exactly how to check that the two quotes really are like for like, which is not in our narrow interest but is the right thing to publish.
Why permanent lighting specifically
Because it is one of the few home-improvement purchases that removes a recurring chore rather than adding one. Most things you buy for a house need maintaining, cleaning or replacing. This one deletes a weekend from every November and every January for the next decade, and gives you a better-looking house on the three hundred ordinary nights in between.
